General Questions

What is coaching and how does it work?
Coaching is a structured, forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, overcome internal blocks, and take action toward your goals. We work together through guided conversations, practical tools, and accountability to create real change.

I work with women who sense something has shifted, or feel stuck and want to make sense of what comes next.
Most clients are navigating transitions, building confidence, or seeking direction.
There is no shortage of information, but knowing what applies to you is often the hardest part.
My role is to help you cut through the noise and find a way forward that feels clear, personal, and achievable.

Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you move forward with clarity and action. Therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental health support.
Not at all. Many clients come in feeling unsure or overwhelmed. Part of the process is helping you define what you truly want and how to move toward it.

Coaching Process

What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is a focused conversation where we explore your current challenges, identify patterns, and create clear next steps. You will leave each session with insight and actionable direction. Before we begin, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to help clarify your situation and make the most of our time together.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes and conducted online for flexibility and convenience.
Sessions are usually held every 2 weeks to maintain consistency and momentum, while allowing time in between for reflection.
Yes. You will have access to email support for guidance, check-ins, and accountability between sessions.

Results and Expectations

How soon will I see results?

Many clients begin to feel more clarity and confidence within the first few sessions. Lasting results come from consistent action and commitment over time.

Feeling stuck is part of growth. We work through those moments together, helping you understand what is holding you back and how to move forward.
Results depend on your level of commitment and willingness to take action. Coaching provides the structure, tools, and support, but transformation requires your participation.
